Every GLOBALkiosk computer is centrally managed and monitored from our fully staffed command and control center. Receiving on average 80 updates a month, each GLOBALkiosk PC on average enjoys a 98%+ uptime ratio, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing the IT load on your staff. Proactive support means we identify and fix potential issues before they happen. No one else does it and we wouldn’t do it any other way.

Ascension Business Models Pay Per Use

Each GLOBALkiosk PPU (pay-per-use) system is set up on a convenient, pay-per-use basis, where guests pay for computer time using any major credit card or prepaid card in a PCI compliant environment. The hotel sets the price of the usage based upon the local comp set. Elegantly simple no capital expenditure is required, the user interface is completely branded and you get a revenue share check every month and Ascension does not require a long term contractual commitment. What could be easier?

Hybrid (Paid and Free Use)

Ascension was the first to combine the idea of a limited free to guest engagement followed by a pay for use session. Available in 5, 10 and 15 minute FTG session increments the Ascension HYBRID is your best option for satisfying your guests desire for a complimentary computer system while giving you the tool needed to eliminate what we term the “public library concept” or the unrestricted, uncensored use of your public area PC’s by anyone, guest or non-guest. Most of HYBRID clients receive a check each month for PPU activity on their HYBRID PC’s.
