Amenity

This is our most popular catalog. It allows guests and non-guests alike to order, or even pre-order, chargeable amenities such as flowers or champagne with a secure, PCI-compliant and easy-to-use system. Hotels have reported that after implementation, amenity sales have increased by 40-60 percent. There is even a method for catering managers to order complimentary amenities, and for meeting planners to order bulk amenities and charge to their group folio. Amenity catalogs can display and accept prices in 10 different major currencies.

Food Service

To accommodate the many varieties of food service fulfillment (advance ordering, special instructions, various product options, alternate delivery locations), ORION provides two options to receive orders:

Maintenance Management Systems (MMS)

ORION is integrated with both SynergyMMS and HotSOS. The MMS catalog is integrated directly into your MMS system, enabling guests to send requests, such as housekeeping and engineering, to request services.  It also reports issues directly to the person on your staff responsible for those tasks. Utilizing the flexibility of this integration, some hotels have used the MMS catalog to offer guests access to other departments such as valet or concierge. ORION also has a built-in MMS “light” version that sends guest requests directly through the order-taker interface.

Concierge

One of the most popular pre-arrival ORION catalogs is the Concierge Catalog. This catalog gives your guests e-mail access to the concierge staff to request information about tours, transportation and restaurants, before and during their stay at your hotel, and allows the concierge to email them back with a response.
